Missouri state’s official motto is “Show Me”, earned in 1899, when Congressman Willard D. Vandiver said “I come from a country that raises corn and cotton and cockleburs and Democrats, and frothy eloquence neither convinces nor satisfies me. I’m from Missouri. You’ve got to show me.”

All Firearm Users are from Missouri. Or they should be.

The majority of gun owners and people in the gun industry actively ignore formal competition shooting so here is a nice introductory overview of shooting sports at the Olympics you likely missed. Note that despite the very humble beginnings these Olympians share in common with everyone they continued to progress. Most gun owners stop at this beginning.
