Yeah, nothing like the fundamentals trained by distinguished shooters to increase one’s marksmanship ability.

One note, the Kneeling position shown is stable, however sitting on the foot with the ankle rotated is bad for the knee joint, it causes a high level of load under rotation to the ligaments at the knee. Alternatively sitting on the foot with the boot laces down and heel up will alleviate this.
