Review
Linda Miller, and International smallbore target shooter and F-Class competitor with Canada’s Shooting Team and Keith Cunningham, a Canadian military and service rifle champion and Viet Nam vet, operate the MilCun Training Center in Ontario, Canada.
This book is a series of anecdotes and lessons relating to the mental aspects of shooting in competition, hunting, and military/combat situations. Not really a training manual or book on technique, this is a collection of lessons learned by Miller and Cunningham during their decades of high level competition experiences, hunting trips and military service.
I give it four stars because I liked the book and found it an interesting read but there really isn’t a training approach or tool set presented. I think “With Winning In Mind” by Lanny Bassham is better for improving your mental game.

Good enough! You’ve given me two books to read. Even a three-star book would be enjoyable and have some useful information. When I’m not shooting, the next best thing is reading about shooting.
