Another reason I like competition. Let’s see who is willing to actually stand up, demonstrate and be measured by his/her peers vs. just talk about it.
It’s one thing to claim you know what you’re talking about. It’s another to earn a Distinguished/Master/whatever/etc. rating from a national-level organization proving it.
