I spent almost two years straight in Iraq (Al Anbar province) as an infantryman doing combat patrols. Following that, I spent another two years in Marjah, Afghanistan as an embedded police mentor with the Marines. Between combat tours I was an instructor with the U.S, Army Reserve Marksmanship Program and competed in matches.
